What are RingWraps?

Triple Patented RingWraps™ are a matching pair of diamond bands meticulously handcrafted to encase a class ring (or any ring!) Our two-bar cradle design makes the RingWraps™ non-permanent and easily removable. RingWraps™ are made in the USA from start to finish. Choose from our five signature styles, or customize your own. Due to the varying designs of different rings, it is required that you send us your ring (with the exception of Aggie Rings, SHSU rings & TAMU Galveston rings *exclusions apply for custom designs*) so that custom RingWraps can be created. We will send you a Prepaid Fully insured UPS shipping label to make it easy to send us your ring.

Which style should I choose?

Choosing the perfect style is a difficult decision! Our Original and Kensington RingWraps bring a sense of uniformity and consistency, whereas, the Cascading styles (The Mini Cascading, The Cascading and the Crown) provide an elegant tapered effect to your ring. Most of our customers who purchase in person usually choose a larger style than expected. It ultimately comes down to your personal preference and what you feel fits your personality best! But no one EVER comes back to switch for a smaller style!

Are they permanently attached to my ring?

No! There is no need to permanently attach the RingWraps to your ring. RingWraps are completely removable for your convenience. Upon request, we can permanently attach the RingWraps to your ring. Attaching the RingWraps permanently is a matter of personal preference. Some prefer to have the option of wearing the RingWraps around another ring or alone if they so choose. 

What metals do you offer?

We offer a variety of metals. All of our signature styles are most commonly set in 10k yellow gold (or 14k white gold). We have customized our own yellow gold metal formula that is made of extremely high quality alloys, giving the RingWraps the look of a bright 14k gold but the durability of 10k. We recommend 10k for yellow gold, and 14k for white gold.  The RingWraps, in a sense, protect your ring so they need to be able to withstand daily wear and tear. There is an additional charge for metals used other than our 10k yellow gold such as, 14k white gold, rose gold, 18k, and platinum. Email or call us with any customization inquiries. NOTE: If you have a 14k center ring, it is perfectly ok to wear 10k RingWraps! 

(14k white gold is an additional $150 for RingWraps and $75 for Enhancers) 

What Size RingWraps Do I Purchase?

Order the same size RingWraps as your college ring or the ring that you want wrapped. If your ring does not fit, our in-house jewelers can resize it for you! RingWraps do add width to your ring, so depending on your finger/finger pad, RingWraps can in some cases make your ring feel tighter/more secure. If your ring is snug, it is best we resize your ring before getting RingWraps. RingWraps are very comfortable when they fit properly. We can also add a diamond to your ring, make repairs if needed, and remove or add antiquing. We are full functioning jewelers! *NOTE: if you are an Aggie and do not know your size, call the Association at 979-845-1050 & they will have your ring size on file.

My ring is too tight. Can you resize that before I purchase RingWraps?

Yes, we resize rings often and recommend resizing your ring if snug as the RingWraps will add width to your ring making an already tight ring feel tighter. We want your RingWraps to fit comfortably therefore we offer complimentary resizing if done prior to receiving your RingWraps. There are additional charges applied after the RingWraps have been received as both the RingWraps and the ring would need to be resized. 

When resizing rings larger, we actually ADD gold rather than stretch the ring (many jewelers just stretch the ring to add size) Our jewelers will match the shank of your ring exactly, and the resizing will be indetectable. NOTE: If you are concerned with your college ring warranty being affected, please check with the manufacturer of your ring.

Will RingWraps make my ring fit tighter?

RingWraps will only make your ring feel tighter if your personal ring is tight to begin with, or if you have a fuller finger pad. If this is the case, it is highly recommended that we resize your ring prior to receiving the RingWraps. RingWraps fit best when comfortable. 

Can I Order RingWraps before I have my Ring?

If you have a TAMU, TAMU Galveston, or SHSU ring, you can order RingWraps before actually having your ring. We just need to know the finger size of the class ring you are ordering, and the style of RingWraps that you want. If you do not know the finger size to order, we can help you determine that in person, or for gifting purposes, you can call The Association of Former Students office at 979-845-1050 and they will have the size on file that was ordered. Our return/exchange policy would begin whenever you start wearing the RingWraps. If this is a gift that needs to be returned/exchanged, you must notify us of this gifting date or else the return/exchange period starts upon delivery

How long does it take for RingWraps to be made?

RingWraps are handcrafted, so turnaround time can vary. Please allow up to 3 to 5 weeks from the time of order, but we do make every effort to keep all of our sizes and styles in stock for TAMU & SHSU.  If we have your size in stock (TAMU, SHSU & TAMU Galveston only) we will ship within 1 to 3 days of purchase.

How Does Shipping Work?

Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number. All RingWraps are shipped via UPS and are fully insured. A signature is required upon delivery.

Do You Make RingWraps for All School Rings and Wedding Rings?

YES! We have customized RingWraps for over 80 different schools and have done hundreds of different wedding rings. At this time, for all rings other than TAMU, TAMU Galveston & SHSU, it is required that we have your ring in order to properly make your RingWraps. We consider these “Custom Orders,” or “Custom RingWraps.” The pricing will be the same as you see on the Shopping page. Additional customization options are also available! Metals other than 10k yellow gold will incur an additional fee. Read below for more info on Custom Orders.

Can You Resize? Do I Need to make sure my Ring Fits before I get RingWraps?

Yes, we can resize the RingWraps. We do understand that throughout the years your ring and RingWraps may need to be resized- not a problem. If you need resizing after you own RingWraps, there will be a fee. This is because when we resize, we actually add gold, and do it the right way, rather than just stretch our your ring/RingWraps.

Can the RingWraps be Resized?

Yes, we can resize the RingWraps. We do understand that throughout the years your ring and RingWraps may need to be resized- not a problem. If you need resizing after you own RingWraps, there will be a fee. This is because when we resize, we actually add gold, and do it the right way, rather than just stretch our your ring/RingWraps.

What is my Quality Assurance?

RingWraps are meticulously handcrafted in the USA by expert jewelers and undergo a vigorous quality check process. Our diamonds are guaranteed to be natural. We stand behind and guarantee our craftsmanship, and provide a one-year warranty, which includes normal wear & tear. We also provide an appraisal with your RingWraps purchase. Customer word of mouth is our #1 marketing tool, so we do everything we can to make sure our customers are thrilled with their purchase for years to come!

What is the Manufacturer’s Warranty?

The manufacturer will guarantee the craftsmanship on all RingWraps for one year from the date of shipment. The warranty covers any normal wear and tear. It does not include loss as a result of damage incurred by the user. Ship your package as Registered Mail (UPS or FedEx only) with insurance for the full value. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. Please do not write “jewelry” or any other jewelry-related words on the outside of the package. Is there an Appraisal Provided with the Purchase?

We provide a certified appraisal with every RingWraps purchase.

Can I permanently attach the RingWraps?

If you choose to attach the RingWraps to your ring, we recommend attaching them with a laser weld. You may send your rings into to the address provided above. Ship your package as Registered Mail with insurance for the full value. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. The cost will be $45 plus shipping.

Can I order RingWraps before I have my ring?

If you have a TAMU, TAMU Galveston or SHSU ring, you can order RingWraps before actually having the ring. We just need to know the finger size of the class ring you are ordering and the style of RingWraps that you want (this does not apply if you are wanting customization.)  If you do not know the ring size you need to order, we can help you determine that in person! Our return/exchange policy would begin whenever you start wearing the RingWraps, but you must notify us of this date or else the return/exchange period starts upon delivery. ALL CUSTOM ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED AND ARE CONSIDERED FINAL.

Custom Order Questions

How do I know if I need to send in my ring for custom RingWraps to be made?

At this time, for all rings other than TAMU, TAMU Galveston & SHSU, it is required that we have the ring in order to properly make the RingWraps. Note- if you have a TAMU, TAMUG or SHSU ring but are wanting to customize your RW with colored gemstones, a different metal, etc, it is required that you send in your ring. 

If you require customization, we will send you a prepaid fully insured UPS shipping label so you can send us your ring, or you can leave it with us at a trunk show or at our Dallas showroom. 

If your ring needs resizing or shows signs of heavy wear and tear, we must custom make the 

RingWraps. This process generally takes 3-5 weeks. There is no additional fee for us to customize the RingWraps. Metals other than 10k yellow gold will incur an additional fee. 

Custom orders are non-returnable/ non-refundable and considered FINAL. There is a great deal of time, labor and love invested by both our team and our jewelers into hand crafting each set of custom RingWraps. When we make custom RingWraps, they are made to fit that ring specifically, and made completely from scratch starting with a unique CAD design. This is the reason custom order sales are final. 

My ring is a very unique shape. Can you still make RingWraps for it?

Yes! Our in-house jewelers handcraft every set of RingWraps and will custom make the RingWraps to fit your ring, whatever shape or style it is! 

Can you make RingWraps for my wedding ring?

Of course! Custom RingWraps are a perfect way to enhance your  wedding band. Check out our gallery to see examples of RingWraps with wedding rings!

Can I use my own diamonds for my RingWraps?

In short, yes, but it is only worth it if you are wanting to use the diamonds for sentimental reasons rather than for financial reasons, because you do not necessarily save money if we use your diamonds.  Diamonds are an expensive part of the RingWraps, but making a completely custom piece requires exponentially more labor and time than one of our normal RingWraps. 

We would need to see the diamonds in person to give you exact costs. Often times, in older jewelry, diamonds lack calibration and they’re all over the place in size. This is something we can’t determine through just a picture. 

To make a custom piece using your own diamonds, this is what is required:

-Our jewelers measure each individual diamond 

-A custom CAD design is created to accommodate each stone and must be approved by you. We can also add diamonds at this time to the design, or add any other design elements you want. 

-3D wax printed

-A custom casting created 

-Jewelers set diamonds and assemble custom RingWraps 

Do you offer Cubic zirconias?

We do not/will not use cubic zirconias. CZ’s scratch easily and will become dull over time, which is why we do not use them. Additionally, they are softer than diamonds which leads to much easier breakage. Since the RingWraps are around your ring and usually worn every day, they tend to take quite a beating over the years. We find gold and real diamonds to hold up best, and there is simply no comparison. 

I do not see a ring like mine on your custom page. Can you still make one for me?

Yes! We love making unique custom RingWraps. Contact us with pictures of your ring and our team can better help you understand the custom order process and what your RingWraps may look like by providing pictures of similar shaped rings.

How Do I Return My Order?

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):

  • 1. Contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.
  • 2. Send your item(s) with original packing materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured carrier. Retain the tracking number for your records.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for the processing of your return.

Note: For orders over $500: Ship your package with insurance for the full value. Use Fed Ex or UPS only.

What Is the Return Policy?

14-DAY RETURN POLICY WITH NO WEAR AND TEAR

We are confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 14 days from the date the shipment is received for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non refundable. The ring can show no wear and tear or else it will not be eligible for full credit. *NOTE*  If the RingWraps are being gifted to someone, the 14-day return policy begins when the recipient receives the Wraps. 
ALL CUSTOM ORDERS AND CUSTOM ENHANCERS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

“I have small hands, therefore I need the smallest style.”

This is our most common misconception! Small fingers does not mean you need small diamonds and our smallest style.. Many of our customers with tiny fingers wear our largest styles. Our tapered styles are surprisingly slimming to the finger. Emily, the founder, wears a size 5.00 Crown! We believe you can never have too many diamonds or too much bling! Truly, most people are surprised by how much they love our bigger styles in person! 

“I am going to go to a different jeweler and make these cheaper”

Our mottos? “Do it once, and do it right.” Our second motto? “Buy Once. Cry Once.” HAHA! 😉 RingWraps are something most of our customers will wear for the rest of their lives. Truly a forever piece. When you buy products overseas (or buy from companies who sell overseas products), you do not truly know what you are getting. American standards are drastically different than the rest of the world. It is a known issue in the jewelry world that some unethical overseas diamond providers sift in CVD diamonds (lab diamonds) or CZ’s into their parcels, and sell it to factories as 100% “natural diamonds.” 

What makes you different from other companies who claim to sell a similar product?

Read our “About us” to get the full scoop on how RingWraps started, but in short, Emily Huskinson thought of this idea in 2006 at her oldest brother’s Aggie Ring day. She was not looking to start a business, but just wanted to add sparkle to her own Aggie ring. Long story short, she ended up filing 3 patents for her products, all of which were approved (AKA nothing like this was available on the market.) Her company paved the way for this widespread college tradition. Unfortunately, after seeing how popular RingWraps were, some people began to try to knock off her products.

Where Are RingWraps sold?

Our RingWraps showroom is located at the World Trade Center in Dallas, TX. In addition, we frequently travel for trunk shows across Texas throughout the year. You can keep up with our trunk show schedule on our RingWraps Instagram and Facebook. We do not sell our product to any jewelry stores at this time.

Payment Options

What payment plans do you offer?

We are currently offering 0% interest through Affirm, for qualified customers! 

We offer a payment plan through Affirm. Paying with Affirm includes a soft credit check and interest rates at 10-30% APR. Easy, fixed payments can be made over 3, 6, or 12 months. This option can help build your credit. You won’t get dinged with any fees or penalties if you pay early. If you pay off your loan before the final payment is due, you’ll save on any interest that hasn’t accrued yet. You can pay with Affirm on our website. Affirm doesn’t sound right for you? Give us a call to hear about our layaway option or read below.

How can I find out my rates with Affirm before committing to purchase? How do I know if I will have 0 interest if I use Affirm?

To determine your exact monthly rates with Affirm, go through the checkout process, when prompted to enter a credit card number, instead choose Affirm. You will be redirected Affirm’s website. Once you answer the questions, you will be shown monthly payment options of 3, 6 or 12 months and your personal interest rate if applicable. Affirm uses a soft credit check. Your order will not actually go through until you confirm with Affirm!

Do you offer a layaway program?

Yes, we want you to have the RingWraps of your dreams! Our Layaway program works by allowing you to pay for your RingWraps over 12 months or less (equal payments each month). You would pay via ACH (checking or savings account) or credit card and your account will be automatically debited on the same date each month (the 1st or the 15th) There is no credit check and 0% interest rate. Once the entire amount due is paid, you will receive the RingWraps.

If you choose the layaway option, you must either call us to place the order, come to our Dallas showroom, or visit us at a trunk show. You would receive your RingWraps after the entire amount is paid.



Upgrade program

I have worn RingWraps for several years now and would like to upgrade to a bigger or different style. Is this possible?

Yes, many of our customers start with a conservative style and before long they’re ready for more sparkle! Our upgrade program works by offering you half credit (before shipping and taxes) of what you paid for your previous RingWraps. Our upgrade program / offering is subject to change at any time. 

What are the steps to upgrading my RingWraps?

Email us with your order number and we will generate a one-time use coupon code that can be applied to your new RingWraps purchase. We will then send you a prepaid fully insured UPS shipping label and upgrade form that should be completed and included in your shipment. It is required that you send both your personal ring and RingWraps. Once received, we will place your ring with a new set of RingWraps. Your ring will be professionally cleaned and polished at this time. If your ring has antiquing, we can either reapply it or remove it. This process takes 1 – 2 weeks unless adjustments or customization is needed than extra time may be necessary. We want to ensure that your new RingWraps are a perfect fit!

I want to upgrade my RingWraps but I need my ring resized. Can you do this?

Yes! If you choose to upgrade your RingWraps we will resize your ring complementary!

Does Affirm work with the upgrade program?

Yes! We can create a personal upgrade code for you to use at checkout. Instead of entering your credit card information you will choose to checkout with Affirm. You will then be directed to a different browser where you will be asked to create an account, view your interest rate (if applicable), and decide on how many months you would like to pay the remainder of what you owe on your new upgrade through Affirm. If you have questions, please contact us. 

Does the Layaway program work with the upgrade program?

Yes! We value our loyalist, and want to help upgrade you. Call us and we can set up a customizable layaway plan that will allow you to receive the new set of RingWraps after the total payment is complete. 

Why do I not receive full credit?

The initial cost of the RingWraps also accounts for manufacturing and supplier costs, time and labor. Remember, every single stone is set by one of our jewelers in Dallas, TX. All of that is lost whenever we melt down an old set of RingWraps (and there is labor involved with removing the diamonds/ scrapping the gold.) With the progression and growth of our business, RingWraps has increased our diamond quality, carat weights, and gold quality throughout the years without changing our prices. We strive to ensure that our customers receive the best quality products on the market and we value customer loyalty, which is why we offer an upgrade program.

Do we resale pre-owned RingWraps?

No, we do not resale pre-owned RingWraps. Once received, RingWraps are disassembled and scrapped for the value of their materials. 

Does this apply to custom made RingWraps? Does the Upgrade program work for enhancers?

Yes, the upgrade program applies to all RingWraps and Enhancers regardless of the customization.

How do I determine how much credit I get for my first set of RingWraps?

To determine your credit amount:

  1. Find your original order email from RingWraps
  2. Divide the subtotal (after discounts before shipping and taxes) by two. 
  3. The total is the credit amount you would receive for your RingWraps.

EXAMPLE:

Subtotal: $1950

Discount amount: $150

$1950 – ($150) = $1800 

$1800 / 2 = $900 

Credit received for RingWraps: $900

*If you received a discount on your original order, it does not count towards your subtotal.*



The fit of RingWraps

How should RingWraps fit? Should the ring gently snap into the RingWraps or just sit inside?

RingWraps can fit multiple ways, what is important is that your ring fits completely flush inside the RingWraps, that the pair fits comfortably on the finger together, and no prominent gaps are visible. Your ring may gently snap into your RingWraps or it may just sit in your RingWraps, both are correct. The RingWraps fit, look, and feel best when they fit correctly. If you have ANY questions as to whether or not your RingWraps are fitting correctly, please contact us! 

I just received RingWraps and they do not fit how they fit in photos on your website. What do I do

First, make sure you are putting your ring into the RingWraps correctly. SEE THE IMAGE BELOW FOR HOW TO INSERT YOUR RING INTO THE RINGWRAPS.  If you see gaps in between the Ring and the RingWraps, try gently squeezing the RingWraps closer together to close the gaps. If this does not work, then contact us and we can very easily adjust the RingWraps to fit your ring. If your ring will not even fit down into the RingWraps, chances are you just need to slightly adjust the RW by very gently spreading them in order for your ring to sit down into the RingWraps . Place the side of a ball point in between the RingWraps and press softly/slowly. If there is still an issue with fit please contact customer service, and we can get the issue resolved. 

NOTE- this will never be an issue for fully custom orders, only non-custom orders.

I have gaps on the sides of my RingWraps. What can I do to fix this?

The Class Ring and the RingWraps are both handmade, so if the RingWraps are not fitting properly, please contact us by replying to your original order email and describing the issue/providing photos.

Each Class Ring has various degrees of wear and tear, which can affect how the RingWraps fit. Sometimes it is necessary for us to custom fit / custom make RingWraps to the Class Ring. We want our customers to have a flawless fit!

We will provide a UPS fully insured shipping label for you to send both the RingWraps and the Class Ring back to us so we can exchange it or customize the fit.   If you notice there are prominent gaps on the side please contact us at [email protected] and we can have the issue quickly resolved.

NOTE- this will never be an issue for fully custom orders, only non-custom orders.

Can the RingWraps be resized?

Yes, we can resize the RingWraps. We do understand that throughout the years your ring and RingWraps may need to be resized. We HIGHLY recommend that we resize both the RingWraps and the College ring/ center ring. If someone else resizes your college ring/ center ring, then we will still require that ring for when we resize the RingWraps in order to ensure a flawless fit. There is a cost associated with resizing rings. This is because when we resize, we actually add gold, and do it the right way, rather than just stretch out your ring/RingWraps. 

My RingWraps fit differently than they used to. How can I fix this?

With normal wear the RingWraps may begin to spread. If you start to notice gaps, remove your personal ring and gently squeeze the RingWraps together. If this does not fix the issue, please contact customer service.

What if a stone is lost or my ring is damaged?

As stated above, our one-year warranty covers any normal wear and tear issues. Please email us at [email protected] with information and pictures that can better help our team asses the situation. Charges will be applied to any issue not covered under warranty. 

If your ring is under warranty, we will provide you with a prepaid fully insured UPS shipping label so you can return your RingWraps to us for repair. It is best if you include your college ring/ center ring as well so we can assess what caused the damage and make any adjustments/ repairs necessary.

What happens if I lose a diamond or develop an issue after the 1 year warranty?

Any issue that occurs after the one-year warranty can be resolved by our in-house jewelers. The cost of the repair depends on what needs to be completed and varies situation to situation. Please email us at [email protected] with pictures and more information. We are extremely fair with our pricing and charge at our cost.

Are the diamonds in RingWraps conflict free?

All of the diamonds in all of our finished jewelry pieces come from a reputable diamond wholesaler who makes every effort to responsibly source all its diamonds from legitimate business partners who all proudly adhere to the standards established by the Kimberly Process. Our diamond supplier requires that all companies from whom they source diamonds guarantee in writing that all stones supplied are of natural, earth-mined origin and from sources free of ethical and environmental conflict.



Maintenance / Cleaning

How should I clean my RingWraps?

  1. Mix a few drops of dish soap or ammonia with steaming hot water. 
  2. Let your ring and RingWraps soak for up to an hour. 
  3. Gently scrub with a soft toothbrush and let air dry or towel dry.

How often should I clean my RingWraps?

To maintain sparkle between professional cleanings, we recommend cleaning your RingWraps at home when needed. We are happy to professionally clean your ring and RingWraps whenever necessary. Schedule an appointment to come visit us!

How do I care for my RingWraps?

Over time, daily wear and tear and exposure to chemicals, dirt, and oils can affect the beauty of gold and diamond jewelry. Avoid exposing your RingWraps to chemicals (such as chlorine, household cleaning products, makeup, hairspray, lotion, hand sanitizer, etc.). Do not wear while swimming, bathing, or working out. 



Does RingWraps offer other jewelry?

Yes! We offer a variety of custom made fine jewelry, including engagement rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, etc. Our pricing for jewelry is extremely fair and competitive!

Returns / Exchanges

For Returns & Exchanges, we have different policies for Custom VS Non-Custom orders. If it is required that you send your ring to us in order for our jewelers to make the RingWraps, then the order is considered custom. At this time, we do not require TAMU, TAMU Galveston, or SHSU rings in order to make RingWraps (unless you are wanting additional customization ie different gemstones, upgraded metal, etc)

What is the Return Policy for NON-CUSTOM Orders? (TAMU & SHSU 10k Yellow Gold & 14k White Gold RingWraps- All Diamonds)

We are confident that our fine jewelry will meet and surpass your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days for a refund or exchange (exclusions apply for custom orders, which are considered FINAL SALE. see next question for more information) If the RingWraps are being gifted, let us know when you plan on gifting the RingWraps and the 14-day return policy will begin then, otherwise the return date starts whenever the RingWraps are delivered or picked up. For exchanges, we provide a prepaid UPS shipping label so we can switch out the RingWraps. For returns, all shipping costs are non-refundable.

What is the return policy for custom orders? (if it is required that you send your ring to us in order for our jewelers to make the RingWraps, the order is considered custom)

Custom orders are non-returnable/ non-refundable and considered FINAL. There is a great deal of time, labor and love invested by both our team and our jewelers into hand crafting each set of custom RingWraps. When we make custom RingWraps, they are made to fit that ring specifically, and made completely from scratch starting with a unique CAD design. This is the reason custom order sales are final. If you have any questions as to whether or not your order falls into this category, contact us! 

If I am gifting RingWraps, when does my return/exchange period start?

For non-custom orders, the 14-day return/exchange policy begins the day the RingWraps are gifted, as long as you notify our team prior to when the RingWraps are shipped or picked up.  Custom orders are non-returnable/ non-refundable and considered FINAL.

What if I purchase RingWraps for someone and they want a different style?

We understand that choosing the perfect style can be difficult. Exchanging of RingWraps can easily be done during our 14-day exchange policy *THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM ORDERS*. The difference in cost of the two RingWraps is what would be charged or refunded. We will supply you with a prepaid fully insured UPS shipping label to make the exchange super easy! 

How do I return my RingWraps?

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your jewelry item(s):

  • 1. Contact [email protected] and request a return form for your order number.
  • 2. Send your item(s) with original packing materials and return form to us by an insured carrier. FedEx or UPS only. Retain the tracking number for your records. We can provide a label for an additional $30.

Please allow up to 7 days for the processing of your return, once we receive it back..

NOTE: Due to the high security nature of our building, we work by appointment only. Call us to make an appointment or book online! 

– The World Trade Center is the huge brown building right off highway 35E. In white letters you will see  “World Trade Center” on the front of the building.

– You can park in any available parking spot located in the front, or you can pull under the large white awning and valet your car.

– If you choose to valet, we will provide you with a complimentary valet parking pass.

– When you walk into the building, there is a guest check-in desk on the right.

– Tell them RingWraps has a pass waiting for you! Bring your id!

– After getting your guest pass, head to the elevators.

– Go to the 7th floor, Suite 7715. 

– There is a map right outside the elevator you can use as a reference.

– Once you step outside of the elevators, take a right, as you approach Cook Diamonds, take a left down the hallway across from their showroom.

– You will see RingWraps down the hall on the right!

How Do I Return My Order?

  • 1. Contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.
  • 2. Send your item(s) with original packing materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured carrier. Retain the tracking number for your records.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for the processing of your return.

Note: For orders over $500: Ship your package with insurance for the full value. Use Fed Ex or UPS only.

However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 14 days from the date the shipment is received for a full refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non refundable. The ring can show no wear and tear or else it will not be eligible for full credit. *NOTE*  If the RingWraps are being gifted to someone, the 14-day return policy begins when the recipient receives the Wraps.
