These terms of sale apply to the Ring Wraps Web site located at www.ringwraps.com, and all associated Web sites linked to www.ringwraps.com by Ring Wraps, LLC, its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Ring Wraps”), including Ring Wraps’ sites around the world (collectively ‘the Site’). Please read these terms (the ‘Terms’) carefully. BY PURCHASING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES VIA THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS.
These Terms apply to any purchase from the Ring Wraps Site, and constitute an agreement between you and Ring Wraps. Ring Wraps reserves the right to change or modify any of these Terms or any policy or guideline of the Site at any time, and in its sole discretion. Any change or modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the revisions on the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of its changes or modifications will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications. Therefore, you should frequently review these Terms and any other applicable policies from time-to-time to understand the terms that apply to your use of the Site. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Site.

Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund (see below for return policy and procedures).
For orders shipping within the United States, we offer the following payment methods:
Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal*.
We do not accept: Cash, CODs, check, money orders, ACH, or debit cards without the VISA/MasterCard logo.
Financing: through a third party vendor.
If your order is eligible for payment via PayPal, the PayPal button will display below our “proceed to checkout” button in the shopping basket. After selecting PayPal you will be directed to log in to your pre-existing PayPal account or be directed to create a new account. After logging in you will select your preferred billing, shipping and payment options; upon completion you will be prompted to provide consent for Ring Wraps to charge your PayPal account. After consenting you will be directed back to Ring Wraps to complete your order. Once complete you will receive a confirmation email from Ring Wraps. Orders that use a Gift Certificate as an additional form of payment
We also offer payment via a financing option through an independent third party finance company. Financing may not be available to all customer or in all locations. Ring Wraps is not involved in the financing decisions or any aspects of the financing transaction. All such transactions are to be negotiated and handled directly between you and the third party finance company. Ring Wraps has no liability or obligation related to any financing transaction.
Credits to Your Charge Card
Credit card purchases, Ring Wraps Credit Card, and PayPal purchases will be refunded back to the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to two weeks from the date that Ring Wraps has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary.
Sale Price Adjustments
Sale price adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original ship date unless otherwise specified. Price adjustments will be provided as store credit.
Cancel or Change an Order
If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.
Gift Certificate Policies
Our Ring Wraps gift certificates may only be purchased and redeemed in US dollars. Gift certificates are sent immediately to the recipient through email. Once the recipient receives the gift certificate, it can be used immediately on ringwraps.com.
For security purposes, when you redeem your gift certificate online, we require that you use a credit card. This helps us ensure your identity, and protects against fraudulent use of your gift certificate. Your credit card will not be charged unless your order total exceeds the amount of your gift certificate. If you do not wish to use a credit card to redeem your gift certificate, contact us.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused portion will remain available for future purchases under the same Gift Certificate Number. Ring Wraps is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.
Ring Wraps gift certificates are redeemable only at www.ringwraps.com. Certificate cash value is, 1/10 of one cent. Gift certificates and unused portions expire on the date listed on your printed gift certificate, or the date listed in your gift certificate e-mail (does not apply to California or where prohibited by law).
Order And Shipping Policies
These policies apply to orders to be shipped to U.S. (and APO/FPO) addresses. We are proud to ship to customers in many countries around the globe. In addition, Ring Wraps is grateful to all military personnel and their families, and are proud to deliver our products to our service men and women. However, international shipments and shipments to Military addresses have special requirements. Please Contact Us for details.
We will ship orders via UPS. The arrival times listed are for U.S. addresses and do not generally to APO and FPO addresses.
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect your package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.
When Will Your Order Be Shipped?
For orders shipping to the U.S., you’ll receive an estimated ship date listed in your order confirmation. This date is calculated based on the approximate number of days required to process, package, and deliver your order.
If you place your order before the cutoff time on a regular business day (Monday through Friday), your order will begin processing that day.
If you place an order on a holiday, Saturday or Sunday, or after the cutoff on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping to Alternate Addresses
If you will not be home to sign for your order, Ring Wraps can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $1000 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to a local hold for pick up location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. To schedule a hold for pick up, contact us.
Your order delivery method is determined by the price of your order (before tax). You’ll find your method of free shipping listed on the Shipping Information page within the shopping basket. If available, we provide the option to expedite your order with a faster shipping method for a small fee.
For a special touch, we’ll include a free gift card and enclose your item in our distinctive Ring Wraps packaging. From our classic ring presentation boxes to our soft jewelry pouches, every item arrives presentation-ready.
All orders are insured and shipped free via secure carrier, delivery speed is based on the pre-tax value of your order.
Ring Wraps will only ship to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
Signature requirements for delivery:
A signature is required, regardless of any waivers you may have with our carrier.
If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday, we can arrange a Saturday delivery for an additional fee. Contact us.

Shipment of Jewelry
Each item will be beautifully and securely packages in a Ring Wraps jewelry box.
Shipments Are Insured
We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all Ring Wraps orders over $1,000, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with your carrier.
Alternate Shipping Addresses
If you prefer, we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address. As a security precaution, we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. This step helps protect you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.
If you cannot be available to receive your order on a weekday, we may be able to arrange for your order to be delivered on Saturday. UPS Saturday Service, available in the vast majority of US cities, is subject to availability. Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in Texas.
To help ensure you make the right choice, we offer a very flexible return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.
Our Return Policy
Our commitment to you does not end at delivery. Most items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they were shipped, free-of-charge and no questions asked. The process is easy: Simply request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) on orders shipped within the United States by following the steps outlined below. You will then receive a fully insured, free shipping label via email within one business day. Note: Two complimentary returns are allowed per customer, per year.
Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days.
To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed.
If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or contact us immediately. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Ring Wraps. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within five days of receipt of your order. Ring Wraps is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
Returns are processed during weekdays once the items have been received at our Fulfillment Center. Following receipt of your returned item, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please allow an average of 1-2 weeks for full processing. We will review the returned item. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Ring Wraps), or damaged cannot be accepted for return. Please allow another 7 – 10 days after processing for your bank to post credit against your account.
Customs orders and engraved jewelry items other than rings may not be returned absent unless the product was defective the incorrect product was received. Special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return. Returns without a Ring Wraps Return Merchandise Authorization will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed.
Additional shipping charges may be incurred if packages are returned via alternate carriers (including, but not limited to Canada Post). Ring Wraps reserves the right to charge your credit card for any fees we incur at time of package receipt.
How to Prepare a Return or Exchange
To return a diamond or jewelry item to Ring Wraps, follow the below process:
For all returns Contact us you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Place the RMA on the inside of the box you are returning.
Package Your Return. We recommend you use the original shipping box, including all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you will be liable for the US$150 (or equivalent amount in other currencies) replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write Ring Wraps anywhere on the outside of the box.
Insure Your Package. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles. For your convenience and at your discretion, insurance can be purchased through Parcel Pro at a discounted rate. Insurance can be purchased directly from Parcel Pro via an online application should you select this option: www.parcelpro.com/ringwraps.
PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to two weeks for your account to be credited.
After Your Return is Received by Ring Wraps
Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. System processing occurs Monday through Friday. Please allow our team one business day, up to 24 hours, once the carrier arrives to receive product into our system. Failure to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, or include a diamond certificate can delay receiving your return.
Once entered into our system we will inspect your return. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. If there are any questions regarding your return, we will contact you. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. For refunds, please allow an additional 2-4 days.
If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation the day of the outbound shipment. You can track the status of your return here.
